Welcome to Lospass resort.
A tropical paradise famed for it's, lush scenery,
pleasant facilities, and gorgeous women at every corner,
Lospass is the place to be for a relaxing time.
Introducing the "Searcher" Sumio Mondo (Kodai) 
(Sumio is a returning character from the Silver Case)
he can unlock any secret code that may impede his path through the use of Jacking in codes to his dial,"Katharine".
Sumio Mondo, attracted by the splendor of Lospass island
He decided to spend his vacation at the Lospass resort,
but a host of pampered guests and socialites alter his immediate destiny by badgering him for help.
One request in particular has Sumio completely dumbfounded.

Mr. Mondo undertook a job that sounded simple enough...
"This Island is targeted by terrorists."
"Please detect a time bomb planted on a plane departing from the airport of this Island"
As he arrived to the airport, Sumio was stalled by
residents of Lospass & Hotel F.S.R. guests requesting for help.
While Sumio was being distracted by the pestering crowd,
The airplane with the bomb launched and exploded over the Island.

By the next morning it was as if time reseted.
The plane crash had not happened yet.
Sumio wondering what the hell just happened the other day,
Shrugged it off,and tried to complete his job.
Once again Sumio Mondo fails & the airplane explodes upon impact.
Sumio reawakes in his hotel room.
Time after time Sumio can never reach the airport.
What the hell is going on here?
This island keeps repeating the same day.
It's as if the past is lost.

Note: In order to fully understand the plot of FSR, one needs to have completed Suda 51's "The Silver Jiken (Incident) before hand.
As some events in FSR are direct consequences of events that occurred due to the chain of events that originated from the classified political assassinations known as the "Silver Case" that Camui Uehara committed two yrs. prior. (1999, The game FSR takes place during 2001.)
It should also be noted that at least three characters have direct relations with the events of the Silver Case, and three other characters who reprise their roles from the aforementioned game.
(Sumio Mondo, Sundance, Tokio Morishima.)
The reoccurring themes from Silver Case expand the plots & the background story of  Sumio Mondo, Tetsuguro Kusabi, Tokio Morishima, Sundance, Uehara Camui , the "shelter" children, and
"Flower, Sun, and Rain".

I will be adding in notes that refer to the Silver Case,
since FSR is more or less a side story of Silver Case & is also the 2nd (or 3rd) title in the Kill the Past series of GHM titles.
